Message: We had an amazing west-facing view on the 6th floor. The lobby was pleasant and the sleeping/living area was nicely updated, clean, and very roomy. Beds were super comfortable. Bathroom was also clean, though it could use some touch up on the walls around the shower, which seems typical in a lot of hotels. Staff was also very pleasant. Some notable negatives: 1) We couldn't get more than a lukewarm shower with it turned as far hot as it would go.. not a big deal for a one night, but would've called the front desk about it if we were staying longer. 2) Strongly advise against reserving a room with breakfast bundled in the price. It implies a better price on a good buffet spread at a full-service in-house restaurant than if we wait to pay for breakfast in person, but this location only has a small counter called The Bistro that's open to the lobby with a very limited generic menu to go or a few uncomfortable dated tables. It wasn't cost-effective and we would've much rather gone out for a nice breakfast. 3) A maintenance worker showed up before our check-out time and was letting himself in to repair a bathroom light that we didn't even report before we realized the soft knock we heard was on our door. Oddly, the "do not disturb" that we thought was still on the door handle was on the floor instead. 4) The parking garage next door needs better upkeep. Lastly, as of today, there was some major construction going on immediately east of the River Market area, but it didn't impede much and was out of sight from most of the strip. Overall, though, we enjoyed staying here and wouldn't hesitate to come back.

Message: Check in was easy and the desk attendant was very polite. The room was clean as well as the bathroom. The bed was comfortable. Enjoyed an adult beverage at the bar, bartender was nice! The location is centered around several restaurants. The parking garage was easy to access & and easy access to the hotel from the garage.

Message: The rooms are a bit small and dated. The A/C wasn't working when we entered, but they sent someone shortly after to fix it; however, we had to leave it freezing at like 60 degrees the whole time otherwise it would break. The sofa bed is also pretty small (like twin size) and can only fit like one person comfortably.. Hotel parking is about $10 a day. There's no complimentary breakfast, but there is a cafe shop in the lobby. Location-wise, it's situated in a pretty great spot in downtown Little Rock with a short walk to the main museums, parks, and restaurants.. If you're able to find a room at the nearby Residence Inn at a cheaper or the same rate, I think that would be a better hotel option, and it's only like a block or two away from the main street. At the Courtyard, one of the elevators broke down on the day we were checking out, and we had to wait like 10-15 minutes for a half-empty lift so we could fit our bags.

Message: Our room was beautiful, with a lovely patio, chairs and a table. We sat outside in the sun and looked over Little Rock. But by far the best things about the hotel were the people. There was a problem with our reservation and the lovely woman at the front desk, Storm, figured it out and solved it as we we enjoying the sun on the patio. We weren’t familiar with LittleRock and so asked Andrea for some suggestions. She was warm, friendly and very helpful. After several suggestions we decided to go to”The Flying Fish”. It was amazing! We got back to the hotel and Andrea was still there. Sheri joined us and we talked, laughed and enjoyed the conversation for about 45 minutes. It was a lovely evening and made our long trip to Scottsdale Az. Seem worth all the trouble. Thank you to the Marriott for the perfect surroundings and the lovely people.
